Rental is normally from Saturday to Saturday, though we can be flexible where possible, outside of the peak months of July and August. Additional nights are charged as per the table above.

There is a telephone for use in the Villa. Incoming calls are free.

Any outgoing calls are charged at Euro0.15cents per unit. There is a telecom supplied meter in the Villa which registers units consumed.

We also have an RJ45 socket for those that want to maintain their internet connections during their stay. We also offer access to a local Internet Service Provider, tiscali.it for the cost of a local call. Number and access codes can be provided on request.

A discount of 10% is offered on all second and subsequent weeks booked.

There is a security deposit of Euro500 payable on arrival, which will be refunded on departure, less phone calls, breakages etc, though incidental damages such as the odd glass or plate etc will not be deducted from the deposit.
