] The Villa is a fully modernised facility with all modern conveniences. The kitchen has all the expected appliances, ranging from dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, food mixers though to an espresso coffee machine.

The Villa (Country Villa Italy) has six large double bedrooms - three with queen sized double beds, and three with twin single beds. All bed linen, towels etc are provided. For winter guests, we have duvets, blankets and electric blankets.

The kitchen/dining room has seating for 8, plus additional fold-up chairs (Country Villa Rental Italy).

The living room has satellite TV (ex UK) offering news from BBC, SKY and CNN as well as sports channels, children’s channels and general entertainment. We have a DVD player (Zone 2) plus our own DVDs for you to use. The DVD/CD player has both internal and external speakers to complement your al-fresco dining.

The cantina (wine cellar) offers a cool storage facility for your groceries, wines and beers, though we also a separate drinks fridge to keep those white wines, beers and soft drinks at ideal temperatures.

Our key entertainment facility is our external al-fresco dining area, useable for 9 months of the year offering a covered, protected dining/entertainment area, plus a wood-fired barbeque.

The Country Villa Italy has two bathrooms, both with showers and bidet. The main bathroom also has a bath/tub.

The villa has full central heating with radiators in all rooms. Air-conditioners are fitted in all the bedrooms, plus the living room. The living room also has a slow combustion fire. All windows are double glazed, and all have sliding fly/mosquito screens.(Country Villa Rental Italy).

We offer as an optional extra, a lap-top PC, printer, and internet access. (Broadband WIFI now available)

We offer a phone for incoming calls. and outgoing calls chargeable per use. Mobile reception (TIM) is excellent for those using their own mobile phones.(Country Villa Rental Italy).

The Country Villa Italy is located on its own 4 acre site, backing on to natural hillsides. Views are fantastic. On clear days, you can see the Alps over the plain beyond Milan, over 150kms away!

The nearest village, Borla is a few minutes away, or 15 if walking - offers a bakery, church and the local trattoria (highly recommended). Villas Tuscany Rental has nothing on Villa Rosi!
