We have a banded tariff based on the number of people in the party thus making it equitable for both small and large parties.
Our rate (all year round), with no summer supplements, or additional supplements for heating, gas, water electricity is: Euro1000 for the exclusive use of the Villa for 1 week, with a discount of Euro200 for smaller parties(4 persons, or less), and a Euro200 supplement for larger parties in excess of 8 persons.
We are also happy to answer any additional queries you may have on the Villa itself, or on the surrounding area. This must be the best of Holiday Accommodations Italy.
