The room has a triple aspect, with a large feature window looking down over the valley.

The living room also has a fully enclosed slow combustion fire for those very cold nights in winter!!

The large external area is tiled, private, safe and very secure. The Villa also has a garage (for one car). There is a separate sun-deck, again fully tiled giving superb views down the valley.

The villa is built with very thick stone walls to keep the villa cool in summer and warm in winter.

We have radiators in every room, fed by a gas boiler.

All amenities are included in the price, so no additional charges for water, gas, electricity or wood for the BBQ.

All windows are double glazed, and all have retractable fly screens. Window mechanisms allow the windows to be opened laterally or horizontally.

Windows on the top floor have key-operated window locks and have extra reinforced glass to add safety for the younger guests.

The TV system is via satellite, offering 100s of local language and English channels. Also included are CNN, Sky-News, Movies, Nickelodeon, the Movie Channel etc.

For even more entertainment, the Villa includes a DVD, so bring your favourite movies, though please note we are a Zone Two DVD.

We also have playing cards, numerous games, and lots of books, just in case you run out of your own reading material.
